Add a command to subscribe to own telemetry stream

It is immensely helpful monitoring the telemetry stream while developing the publisher.
Adding a command that would subscribe to telemetry stream and calculate some aggregated statistics would not only help with development, but also with maintenance. This will also help estimating network requirements by knowing what bandwidth will most likely be used by the publisher.
