Turn off the endpoints while indexing:
The dependent endpoint of the indexing process (related to Solr)

Microservices :
Circuit breakers when an endpoint/service fails - redirect it to another pod (orchestration integration via Annotation/Auto Configuration)
Old index should be handed back.
