Add functionality to make GWAS results FUMA readable

To improve user experience in performing functional annotation of GWAS results it will be beneficial to implement functions that will provide them with FUMA readable text files for the results.

These files are minimal .txt files that are space delimited and contain:

• rsID
• Estimator p-values

This will likely require changes to TargeneCore.jl and targene-pipeline.
