Scheduler hints esp for fusion

Extension to scheduler hints ---- two immediately useful ones:
Fusion is nearly same as directly call ready successor with same key (?) (becomes exactly same if walk down union of trees)
Execute ready successor if all threads still busy and call depth not too large
RJH can add some stuff for experiments --- priority, layer on top of PaRSEC interface
