Describe the bug
HDR video colours are washed out

To Reproduce
Run upscaling or interpolation on any HDR video

Expected behavior
HDR and not SDR colourspace should be on the output video

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 11

GPU
4090 (tensorrt)

I understand that HDR is kinda tricky on Linux DE (I know that only KDE has HDR at this point) but I kinda expected Windows to be working.

Is it already supported on RVE that some settings need to be changed or is it a potential feature release at some later point in time?
