[FEATURE] Disable specific typoscript like menu's processors on solr index call

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On solr index request - have the option to disable some typoscript to optimise indexing. For example on pages maybe some menu processors are used, which can be quite heavy when dataprocessing nesting happens.

Implement a [isSolrIndexRequest()] ... [global] typoscript condition to disable specific parts of typoscript to make indexing faster
