🐛 Fame/Reputation ranks are not working properly.

Overview Of Issue

On my character Suven. I had Fame/Reputation rank 5 for Windurst. I turned in the repeatable quests "Creepy Crawlies" twice, and I turned in the quest "Mihgo's Amigo" 51 times. Which should have raised my fame/reputation rank up. Instead, it dropped my fame/reputation rank for Windurst down to rank 4. The amount of quest turned in should have raised my fame/reputation up to at least rank 8 possibly rank 9. If you could fix this bug I would appreciate it. Thank you.
