Throwing animations for lobbing grenades and other assorted items

Right now neither the Alien nor Human Commandos have throwing animations, which means there isn't any clear communication to other players when they're about to throw a grenade. This needs to be created as an overlay type of animation ideally, probably only for the arms and torso?
