As I have helped to complete the Traditional Chinese translation, could you kindly help to add the locale support of Traditional Chinese? Thanks a lot

thanks for contributing translations. I will look into adding this. I know that there was an issue with the frontend not recognizing the files which will be fixed once #2976 is done so I cannot guarantee that this can be added in the current version
