This will be the first step towards supporting multiple Qirats on the QUL, with more Qirats to be added in the future.

Design schema to add multiple Qirats
Warsh Qirat data( both ayah and word text )
Add fonts
Add Warsh layout
Add at least one wash recitation and generate segments
Provide a guide for users and contributors explaining how to access and work with Qirat data.
