Todo List:

将 BotDBUtil 内有意义的工具函数移植至 database_v2.models 中（若只是简单的 get value 等操作则应改写原先对应的代码而非再增加没有太多作用的内容）
将对应的使用到 BotDBUtil 的代码重写
将数据库升级函数对应代码重写，增加新的版本进行数据迁移
移除旧的BotDBUtil，将database_v2 重命名回 database
一并重构模块内使用到SQLAlchemy ORM 的部分
