Feature Request: config option to blacklist dimensions for stone generation

Request: a config option to prevent stones from thisrocks generating in specific dimensions.

While playing with the dimensional doors mod on minecraft 1.18.2 with ThisRocks, i found that rocks from thisrocks were generating in the limbo dimension, which is unwanted/unexpected behavior. I had the same thing happen with the rocks from valleycraft, mushrooms from botania, and liquid honey pools from bee better.

If there's a way to prevent this via datapacks instead, I apologize and humbly request directions to where i can learn how to do it. Thanks for your time, and for making the mod!
