Choose projects which will use this restriction

It will be much better if admin can choose projects which will use this functionality.
Other will stay as they are, without neccesity to enter spent time.
We have 10 different projects, some of them will use this plugin, other won't.

You can place a checkbox "Spent Time required" at the "Project-settings-activities(time tracking)" tab. If this checkbox is checked, then RedMine will ask for spent time, if one tries to transite task into one of states. in plugin preferences.
