d2spr will not reboot no matter what option you select in the reboot menu

• [ y] I have searched for my issue and it does not already exist

Device codename: d2spr
TWRP version: 3.6.2_9-0

WHAT STEPS WILL REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM?

Attempt to reboot and select any of the 4 options

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED RESULT?

Device to reboot into Custom or stock rom or whichever option is selected.

WHAT HAPPENS INSTEAD?

It shows the twrp logo and version then takes me to the main page.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I have to d2spr devices and it does the same thing on both of them. The only way to get it to reboot is to pull the battery
