Back to top knapp

När man skrollar ner i ett evenemang så är det besvärligt att ta sig tillbaka. Sku föreslå endera en "Back to top" knapp eller sen så att när man skrollar lite upp så kommer navbaren tillbaka fram (t.ex. såhär https://fullstackopen.com/en/part0/general_info) eller båda två.

This feedback is regarding adding a "Back to top" button to the gallery view. This would enable people to quickly get back up. Alternatively a sticky navbar was suggested.
