There is now a 'Info' button in the navbar on the admin page, but not in the public view. Should probably at least add it to the public view? And I'm assuming the link is hardcoded now, and if it is it should probably be moved to the environment file instead.

What is the purpose of this button anyway? The current link is broken...

…of the link anyway? Is it needed at all? Should it be visible on the public site as well? The current link was broken anyway, so no one will currently miss it... This is part of issue #108.
