Is it possible to import qcow2 disks with the current provider / api?

Is there a way to represent the commands below with the current provider implementation? My goal is to define templates from qcow2 disks in TF.

There is an API endpoint that looks like it can send commands to a node that might be a way to accomplish what I am looking for, but I didn't see an implementation in the provider for that either. https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/api-viewer/index.html#/nodes/{node}/execute
