vConsole Version:3.14.6

fetch使用proxy被代理后，复写Function.prototype.toString 后 调用fetch 的 tostring 报错 Function.prototype.toString requires that 'this' be a Function in chrome 61

和该pr类似问题 #551

proxy代理的函数缺少对get函数的处理
