win版本长时间使用文件同步功能会产生大量历史文件记录导致占用空间 #228

之前一直把这个当同步盘用，结果用了三个月发现C盘满了，然后用SpaceSniffer扫了下结果发现cosbrowser目录下有3个G的文件(后面发现是文件太多软件扫崩了)，打开sync里的文件夹history发现大量占用4kb的文件，右击属性看占了33个G，删了半个小时
希望后面版本能定期删除该文件夹
