When running test in an omega workspace, ItemPipes tests sometimes stalled for long amounts of time. e.g. over 20 minutes before I noticed and cancelled them.

I know these "the tests stalled" issues don't give much to go on, but I did see it several times from ItemPipes and not other modules, so I'm making this issue for ItemPipes specifically.
