It fills spaces that no human would fill, then loses by half a point

So far observed on 9x9s against KataGo 1,2,3, 4 stars

Do newer versions suffer from this? See #269

We changed the katago neural net to what's recommended in the docs (closing #269). Not sure yet if it helped with this issue

With upgraded neural net, there is no progress here. User can still easily beat the AI with a certain strategy

Maybe the AI passes when passing is the right move for both players. Human user plays dead stones to take up space, which are all eaten. That is why KataGo loses
