Windows installer does not work

Hi There,

Several people have reported this problem, so I'm creating a dedicated issue.

The installer Windows fail without any notification.
In result, only the uninstaller is present in the "C:\Users\Benjamin\AppData\Local\Programs\ove-electron".

The app from MS store works fine.
But unfortunately, the use of the MS store is not possible for us (security restriction)

This occurs both on:

Windows 10 Pro - 22H2 (Build 19045.2913).
Windows 10 Education - 22H2 (Build 19045.2846).

Is there a debug mode for the installer?

Edit:
Looking into "OpenVectorEditor-Setup-1.5.5.exe", the $PLUGINSDIR dir contain "app-arm64.7z", Is this a mistake or is it deliberate? (there is no other binary in the installer, except the uninstaller)

Anyone solve this problem?
Now i'm using ove v1.55 ubuntu version through WSL2 in windows.
It works, but its weird.

I did not succeed in compiling for windows so I wasn't able to poke around :/
