Feature: Google Drive Video Thumbnails

The idea is that you can get thumbnails for Twitch videos and Live Streams.

Here's a theoretical example usage with HTML

It looks like there are multiple formats for Google Drive thumbnail URLs

https://drive.google.com/thumbnail?id=1zSiimqI2dGTytm_YRd9I9LsaBdxNn2qD

https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/1zSiimqI2dGTytm_YRd9I9LsaBdxNn2qD=s480

It also seems as though you can set the pixel width of the thumbnail via the number after =s
