TODO: Cathedral of Light corrections

The gameplay footage was recorded around 1 month before the version that we have was compiled.

• Add [PH] tag to Bishop Farthing's name.
• Decide whether or not to move High Priestess Laurena & Brother Joshua

Bishop Farthing

He needs the [PH] tag added to his name just like Archbishop Benedictus.

High Priestess Laurena & Brother Joshua

The footage linked about is dated around 1 month before the version that we have so there is a chance that we already have the correct positions.
Just thought I would bring it up for debate anyway.

Also I can't tell if High Priestess Laurena is using a different display_id1 or not because of the terrible video quality, could just be poor lighting causing the colours to get messed up.

Probably display_id we use for her is the good one, since she already has final model for 0.5.3

I think we shouldn't move her at the moment since we don't know the position of Brother Joshua, but it could be right.
