Explain the command git add -A in README.md here

You can also provide explain other basic commands like git status git log and git add <your file name> at relevant places !

@somya22 Ok, First sync your fork by following the steps here
Also, don't forget to change the URL to this repo's URL while following the above steps.

Then after you have synced it, you can work on it normally.
