[IDEA]: Ability to rejoin VC channel and replay the last played music url during reconnect to API server

I want to use bastion selfhosted bot as a 24/7 radio host and im sure many would like to aswell.
Suggesting for bastion to have the ability to remember the last vc channel it was in and what music it was playing.

When bot crashes or losing connections due to hosting providers end or discord api server end and successfully reconnect to api server later on, we would like to see bastion rejoin the same VC and replay the same music before it lost connection.
