[ENH] Skills sort by Language

Hello Guys,
Again congrats for the good work !

I'm the translator of this system in French and the only point missing for us (and maybe for the languages different than EN) could be to have the skills sorted with the core language.
I know that it could be done by the template.js but I don't know how difficult this is to have a specific sort following the chosen language ( with different files or everything inside a same one).

I will look into this. It may be a little work, but I think it should be doable hopefully without a huge refactor.
