Deployment: fly IO does not offer the Hobby plan anymore

This is a Documentation problem. "fly.io" the "Platform as a service" does not offer the Hobby plan anymore, that means that they don't have a free sign up 5$ credit anymore, so the resource should be updated to reflect that. Mention that it is no longer free just like "Heroku"
