Summary

Add documentation for onboarding the Seeed Studio S210x series.

Why do we need this ?

It is a populair product so it would help users.

What is already there? What do you see now?

What is missing? What do you want to see?

How do you propose to document this?

I have tested the device myself so im able to create documentation.
