Summary

Update the documentation of hosting the stack on docker for better legibility.

Why do we need this ?

While setting up the stack for myself I came across a few issues and wanted to fix them.

What is already there? What do you see now?

The documentation is already really good and explains everything well, just want to add some small additions to make it better.

What is missing? What do you want to see?

Some links are outdated, some instructions are missing some details, etc.

How do you propose to document this?

By combing through the docs and fixing the issues.
