Note 28 and in the pull quote a couple paragraphs down: "The cranky user: The Principle of Least Astonishment" https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/web/library/us-cranky10/us-cranky10-pdf.pdf redirects to a different page. https://www.seebs.net/ops/ibm/cranky10.html looks like an alternative link to the material.
