Game crashes on first load screens

What area of the game

Whenever I try to load into GTA 4 or any DLC, the game crashes after a few seconds, this has happened since v3.1.1, but didn't appear for me until v3.4.0. I am on a legit version of the game (Steam Version).

What should happen

It shouldn't crash.
