Background | Issue 발행 배경

기존 팝업 형태로 제공하던 공지사항을 바텀시트 형태로 수정하고자 한다.
새로운 공지사항 형태를 토대로 Daily 자동 생성 내용을 공지하고자 한다.

Acceptance Criteria | 허용 기준

Given(조건, 상황) | When(행동) | Then(결과)

  • 공지사항 표시가 필요한 경우 | | 바텀시트 형태로 하단에서 위로 올라오면서 표시된다.
