Error message: "No actions.txt file to scan" #11

What is needed in actions.txt file?. The --help option doesn't indicate the required configuration

% python3 main.py --type repo <repo url>             
INFO: > Checking for supply chain attacks.
INFO: No actions.txt file to scan. Supply chain scan complete.
