publish toxcore amalgamation source code with releases

create and publish toxcore as single file source (amalgamation) with releases. as sqlite does.

i would suggest 2 versions. one with toxav and one without. but in general amalgamation source code would be cool.
thats what i do. then you can make simple single file tox apps.
