Announcements

GET /<server>/<lang>/announcement.json: Get announcements.

Parameters:
server (string): The "P-Identifier" (pXX) of the server to get the announcement for. (Ex. "p21.api.awsprod.simcity.com" -> "p21")
lang (string): The language to get the announcements in (en_US, ru_RU)

Responses:
200: A SimCity.News.Announcement object in application/json format.
