Final project of the course "Deep Learning - metoder och tillämpningar" (5TF078)
Constructing a model to segment cancerous tumors in brain MRI scans. The model is trained on the BraTS 2019 dataset. Also contains Monte Carlo Dropout for uncertainty estimation.
