                         LICENSE INTRODUCTION

Tranzakt's Visual-Laravel programme is licensed under the GNU Affero General
Public License as specified below. The copyright owner's intent by choosing 
this license is to allow individuals and organisations of all types and sizes 
to run this programme for their own use and the use of their staff, but we 
request that this software is NOT used to provide either a paid or free service 
to others over the internet as we would like to reserve this ability for our own 
use in the event that we need to generate income in order to defray essential 
operating costs and / or to pay for our own staff to help develop and maintain 
code and documentation, or provide support for users.

To deter organisations from running this programme as a service to 3rd parties,
the code as it is supplied does not include multi-tenancy/SaaS functionality, 
and has some functionality which restricts its use as a service over the
internet. Under the Affero GPL License, we cannot prevent a licensee from 
providing a service over the internet using a modified version of this software 
which adds multi-tenancy/SaaS functionality and removes the network restriction, 
however we hope that licensees will recognise the copyright owners wishes and 
refrain from doing so. However, in the event that they do so, then under this
license they will need to publish the source code changes they have made.

allowed terms to the standard Affero GPL.


                              COPYRIGHT

The copyright for these materials is currently held by the Tranzakt Project, 
a trading name of developer Paul Freeman a.k.a. Github user Sophist-UK.

If this project is successful, it is intended that ownership will be transferred to
a formal non-profit organisation, either a new organisation specifically set-up 
for such a role, or under the auspices and governance of an existing open-source
umbrella organisations such as SPI Inc.

As and when this happens, it is expected that suitable open governance processes
will be put in place in order to allow for the project to have longevity beyond
the involvement of the original developer, and to avoid the project being diverted
away from the genuine open-source model as intended by the original developer.


                              CONTRIBUTIONS

We hope that licensees will recognise the benefits they get from using this software 
without having to pay any license fees, and although we stress that it is **not**  
a requirement of this license or of using this software, we request that licensees  
recognize this by making contributions to the project in one of the following ways:

* Donating their time to providing community support to other users of the software
* Donating their time to improving documentation or language translations
* Donating their time to bug fixing and functional improvements to the base code
* Making a financial donation if they so wish

We believe that these contributions will result in improved learning, code, 
documentation, translations, support and project longevity and safeguard your own 
investment in this project.

As a suggestion only, without any pressure to do so, we would suggest the following
guidelines to help quantify the level of contributions outlined above:

* Non-commercial projects - 5% of developer time spent using this software
* Salaried development staff - 5% of the developer time or 5% of their base salaries
* Commercial projects by non-commercial developers - 5% of developer time or 0.5% of post-live revenue

We encourage contributors to donate their contributions back to the primary project
(rather than to create their own competing fork) in order that all contributions can 
work together to improve the overall project. However, please note that contributions 
of code, documentation or translations back to the primary source are strictly 
subject to the Contribution Terms detailed in the relevant source file alongside 
this license.


                              ADDITIONAL TERMS

The following additional terms are formally added to the AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
as allowed under Section 7 of the standard Affero GPL below:

1.  When redistributing the licensed materials, licensees are required to preserve
    and redistribute all legal notices and author attributions such as
    this license, contribution terms etc.

2.  When redistributing the licensed materials, licensees are prohibited from misrepresenting
    the origin of the material. This means that:

    A) if the material contains any changes from the original materials, it MUST NOT
