Add support for FULLTEXT indexes

Searching through FULLTEXT indexes are a lot faster than for example LIKE.

Describe the solution you'd like
Options:

• Check if it has a FULLTEXT index and than dynamiclty update the query to use that (not sure with which comparisons)
• Add new comparison match that will use the FULLTEXT index
