Found tomcat startup error

Caused by: org.ehcache.CachePersistenceException: Unable to create or reuse directory: /root/mycache/file/jvmAggregator_fe3a67a6c360edba8348ee6955db5c359a8b2910/value-serializer

when i try to create the dir:
[root@9d1ac8424043 jvmAggregator_fe3a67a6c360edba8348ee6955db5c359a8b2910]# mkdir value-serializer
mkdir: cannot create directory `value-serializer': Invalid argument
