using .txt file to make levels

hello.
To make really precise levels, i want to try using .txt format text were i can write were item is.
As an exemple :

With that exemple, when the level is gonna load, 2 coin will be generated.
Do you guys have an idea of how i can manage to do that ?
Actually, the system i use isn't really useful..
