Investigate alternative Kubernetes Python library #17

Might be worth investigating alternative Kubernetes python libraries like kubernetes_asyncio to:

avoid needing to use threads (the Kubernetes library is sync)
avoid using the WSClient type (needs workaround to reduce memory footprint and see WSClient.update() best practices #16)
might use a more mature websocket client lib

E.g.
https://github.com/tomplus/kubernetes_asyncio/blob/master/examples/pod_exec.py
