Here are some additions that would be cool, for future use:
1.) Cutting power / causing outage to some system as a solution (pretty popular)
- Or triggering a smoke alarm
2.) John Titor face scan (some authentication task) as a puzzle solution
3.) The ability to "rm -rvf the database" (I like this one a lot)
Putting these all into one for the time being to avoid making a clutter of issues.

These are some interesting ideas, but I'm not sure how to integrate these into the existing game.
For 2), that's kind of what I was going for with the biometric tower -- jtitor is supposed to be there. If he's not, how can we circumvent the mechanism? I don't think John himself should make an appearance in the game.
For 3) it is difficult to make a reasonably interactive and accurate command line interpreter. You could maybe add an easter egg about destroying hardware or erasing data or something. I dunno.
is the most interesting to me... maybe we could add a room with a door that won't open unless a fire alarm is pulled, or the power is cut... like a room with an electromagnet lock, and somewhere in the hall is a fuse box. Pull the fuse, open the door. That's definitely something we could do and would be interesting.
