Display user profile as a child component of the list display instead of a separate page #1460

It would probably make more sense to display the user profile as an element of the user list component rather than taking us to an entirely separate page. We might still have the separate to demonstrate how that works, but it probably isn't want the students to be mimicking.

That could just be a child component in the page, or something like a dialog or a bottom sheet from Angular Material.

If the screen is wide enough, having it show up on, e.g., the top right would be reasonable. I think that using a child component would do that?
