It would seem that we're replacing the "bulk" of this lab with the todo-list stuff. We'd better remove all the old tasks specific to other things to make room for the todo-list stuff.

Now that the tasks in Lab 2 have been solidified somewhat, we should adjust the tasks in this lab to naturally follow - using Angular to improve upon an API and actually present the responses from the server in a nice way.

We need to decide whether or not we want to have them recycle an API implementation from the previous lab, or whether we want to write a standard one as the 'starter' code for this lab...
