This issue references the BLAST content in the NCBI BLAST tutorial.

MSA: multiple sequence alignment

Objectives

  • Write instructions on "Using MSA"
    • provide example sequence
    • provide background on algorithm
  • MSA tutorial
    • provide example sequences
    • Clarify what is need to be taken away from this and what should be documented
