Events Section Responsiveness

• The carousel library needs to be changed to a better alternative that offers custom pagination
• On desktops the layout stays the same with the carousel display reducing in number of cards visible at once as screen size gets smaller
• On tablets the layout changes to centered with the heading and button on top and carousel with pagination on the bottom
• On mobile the carousel displays only one event card at a time
