Decide upon repo folder structure

This came up on #120, where it was suggested to delete files that are not linked to.

Lars:

I think we should have a meeting where we go through and decide on a fixed structure and then move what needs to be moved to the proper places. A walkthrough of the repository as it looks today after that we do a move and delete according to established schedule

I am happy with the current folder structure.

    - L: Move Lars stuff into `docs` [DONE]
    - R: Move `images` into `docs` [DONE]
    - R: Delete `mkdocs_uppmax`, do a rename first
    - We all agree that there are too many folders and
      we'll put our own work into subfolders
