Idea: Scaffold commands that would auto-generate things

It would be awesome if there was a way to auto-generate any of the WordPress "things" using a script.

Imagine if you could type:

wp boilerplate scaffold shortcode "shortcode-name"

and it would automatically...

1. Create the registry class, if it doesn't exist
2. Add it to the registry method in the base class, if it isn't set up
3. Create a new class Shortcode_Name that extends Shortcode
4. Add Shortcode_Name to the registry
5. Output A new shortcode has been generated, and registered at path/to/file/Shortcode_Name.php

You could literally do this with all of the scaffold items, and make this super automated.
