Need link to EXTERNAL only to open new window

This plugin is great, does the job - but if you just want to open EXTERNAL links in a new window you should go to a version of this here -

The author has commented below and asked for permission etc but I think the original author says this is no longer maintained. So, thanks to the original and new author for getting this very simple but very useful thing done.

PS - you can also use redmine_tweaks plugin but that's heavy if you just wnat this single thing.
